Demo Run | Brooks Cascadia 19

Want to try a new shoe before buying it? Well, this event's for you. Join us at Shawnee Mission Park on September 20 as we partner with Brooks. You'll be able to try the new Cascadia 19 on the trail. And don't worry, if you haven't done a trail run before, we will be there to help!

We'll have a 3-mile route with a water stop ready to go, but you're always welcome to run shorter or longer (or walk)! Post run, we'll hang out, enjoy snacks, and give stuff away.
